Snowed in

Well I was really starting to think that Canada " the great white north " was a myth or a lie they told people to keep them away or maybe a folk story made up to keep the kiddies in awe. But it has happened my first real live Canadian blizzard. Where not even the plows dare to go at first. The last few days have been "interesting" We have had about 3 feet of snow but it is driftingso there is no way to tell how much we have really gotten. Th last two days my hubby had to remove about a foot or so of snow to open the screen. My front door is up the stairs so that is quite a sight. Well I most definately have cabin fever. But don't worry I have only slightly lost my mind. Mad mad crazy mad... angry mad, no crazy mad. bleh bleh bleh bleh bleh......

Here is some proof of the genius that has come of my madness I call it the Canadian hands free device. (Well the above pictures were supposed to go here but I can't figure out how so just scroll up and enjoy the beauty of my madness once again.)
You are now wondering where one finds such a lovely head accesory and I cannot tell you. This one was found in my basement yesterday when we chose to spend are snow day cleaning up. It was Mike's in his younger years. But we are getting rid of it so if you desire to own it let me know.
Signing off -Kate!!!! Mwahahahahaahhaaaaa.

I sure love you. I love the hat. I had one kinda like it myself only it was red. I was never as cleaver as you though.I hope you get a chinook soon so the mad mad mad crazy mad lady can get out. Curl up and read a book while you drink a cup of hot cocoa.

Holy blizzard! I hope you aren't snowed in forever!:) I am sure that would be fun for like an hour and then I'd want to get out. I love the hat- you are so funny!
